2012 Ford Focus for Spare Parts

Don't know if I have a defect if they break the ceramic part of the pad seems to be broken. Both outer pads on the front brakes are excessively abrasive and produce dust, and both are missing parts after being run in. if anyone wants to know, yes I cleaned the rotors from the oil and oiled the calibers.
