I really liked the first product I bought so I was very disappointed when I thought I had lost it. I ordered them again without hesitation. GUILTY. I realized something was wrong with them when I opened the package. They were smaller than I remembered. Then I got lucky and found my originals. I've attached pictures of the old one and the new one I ordered. The new ones were shorter and the gap (between each point) was significantly smaller (giving you less control). What a waste of $10. I'm so glad I found my originals, the new ones suck. UPDATE (12/30/15): After contacting the seller about the quality and dissatisfaction, he responded quickly to rectify the situation. He was very professional and polite and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. UPDATE (7/1/16): A replacement was received in the mail. The seller sent TWO replacement units and then emailed asking about the quality of the replacement unit. One was fantastic (comparable to my favourite), the second was only slightly better than the one I was complaining about. There could be different manufacturers developing these products so I would say quality is hit or miss. I was so grateful that he sent me 2 replacement units that I didn't bother returning the defective one. How could I be so petty as to return a $10 pair of tweezers after the owner contacted me and sent me TWO free replacements? If anything I will keep it as an extra backup or give it to a family member. Thank you Mike (seller) for doing everything you can to please an unsatisfied customer. It really shows a great character! 5 stars for customer service!
