I bought this for my 2-axle horse trailer. I tried it the day after I received it. This works great when lifting the axle to change the tire on another axle. During assembly I checked the wheel bearings. When starting off slowly, the big fat end caught on the fender of the trailer and bent it quite a bit. Eventually I climbed back in before the big end clipped my wing. I then used a chain with a hook to pull this thing out of the way so it didn't completely destroy my wing. I used this on all four wheels and had to use the chain to pull it to the side each time so it didn't bend both front and rear fenders. I can try sanding down the wide end where it touches my fender so it doesn't touch the fender when driving away. This is a great concept and works much better than a jack, especially when my trailer was loaded with two curbside horses. It's very well built but I can't afford to spend so much money that both my wings were destroyed trying to drive away from it.
