Within two months of use, several zippers fell off and one of the locking hooks holding the shoulder straps on the back broke leaving an extremely sharp and dangerous point before eventually falling off The backpack is completely useless. Extremely poor quality and not what is advertised. The Luggage Pros seller does not endorse the quality of the bag I paid a lot of money to buy. I was advised to contact the manufacturer instead, but I don't want a replacement as I no longer trust the brand or the seller. Absolutely do not order this so-called "executive backpack" and I would also recommend not ordering from Luggage Pros. Hiding behind a 30-day return policy instead of picking up an obviously defective item after two months is not a sign of an honest seller.
