Perfect for my rat pups
Design part is like waterproof material, so not soft, but soft part is like touching a feather cloud. It's SO SO SOFT. I want a blanket made out of the same material lol. My 2 rats love it so far and have been using it every day since we got it. Haven't noticed any chewing marks yet (it's been a few weeks) and they use both layers. Sometimes one is on top and the other in the bag, or both are together somewhere. That was great. My boys are not short and this is great for them.
