As a Fenix 5 user for 3 years this is a very welcome upgrade. Good Improved widgets with more information Nicer screen New MIL STD 810G sensors Not so good No touch screen PulseOx not very accurate hope update improves it Battery life is ok buy not good. Update after 9 months of daily use: The HRM monitor keeps turning off at 10%-15% if you don't hold the watch very still on your wrist for a few minutes. I compared the watch's heart rate to several other monitors (sphygmomanometer, wearable EKG, and pulse oximeter). The respiratory rate is even higher. If you are doing pranayama at a rate of 6 breaths per minute, the watch will register 14 beats per minute even with a chest strap attached (HRM Tri).
