This blender mixes herbs, frozen fruit and soups well and without lumps. However, when the container is full, it tends to leak at the top. I have to cover it with my hand or a paper towel so it doesn't splatter all over the cabinets. Also, there is no safety feature when the blender or processor lid is closed. The engine will run with or without the covers closed. It seems dangerous to me, but we don't have young children and I'm the only one using it. Edit: Regarding the safety feature for the engine. The engine will run with or without the cover, but will not power the engine. Blade if you use the processor. I haven't used it on a blender for a while after this review.
