Review on Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS25 - Rugged 16.1 MP Digital Camera with 8x Intelligent Zoom (Black) by Amit Rajput ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

A very successful model for traveling and shooting video, compact enough not to strain with its weight and dimensions in a backpack, while not at the expense of ergonomics and functionality, for my money, probably the most suitable option for shooting video, a camera from the category of "bought and went to shoot" An interesting feature with ISO, I compared it with the D5200 - the picture looks cleaner on the screen in Panasonic with similar values, there will be time - I will compare it normally and I will definitely write there There are some features such as one slot for a memory card, but so far there have never been problems with SD cards, if you buy normal ones, we'll see what happens next In general, I am satisfied with the purchase and the money spent is definitely worth it, at first I looked at the micro 4/3 with caution, but in the end everything turned out to be much more fun and better than expected

Pros
  • Compactness and weight, convenience, reliability, quality of materials and assembly, image quality and stabilization (both with compatible lenses with a stub and with ordinary ones), video quality, a bunch of goodies like 4k photos, which seem to be not really needed, but still work competently, it keeps well in the heat, in the desert and in the rain, the battery holds for a long time (which surprised me very much considering their capacity), two branded ones are enough for a day of shooting, the screen is comfortable and bright, the colors do not lie, a lot of buttons with the ability to customize, ergonomics are generally on top, the whale lens is surprisingly not as bad as it was originally expected
Cons
  • The menu is slightly confusing due to illogical abbreviations in the 2022 version, everything looks more fun in the English version The minimum ISO on the video is 200, until I figured out if there is a way to make 100, sometimes it’s just not enough Autofocus on video sometimes likes to scour, but you can cope with this and live in peace
