This is perfect for under my rocking chair in the living room on my wooden floor. I left the plastic on the backing rather than sticking it to the floor and it doesn’t move around at all. Protects my floor looks nice and when people sit in the chair their feet are on a mat to absorb any kind of moisture or water from their shoes (if they don’t take their shoes off). Living in a cold snowy climate, we get mud and snow packed up in the boots. Stomping and stomping and stomping at the door gets most of it off, but when you sit down and that snow starts to melt this little Mat/rug saves me from puddles! Looks nice and matches my decor.
