This is PVA. Makes slime
Ideal for slime. From this amount, 2.5 liters of a 4% PVA solution are obtained. That makes a BUNCH of goo. You will also need a 4% solution of sodium tetraborate (borax). Mix PVA solution and borax in a ratio of β 200:15. Stir like hell and you have slime with special effects. Add food coloring, glitter, mica powder, highlighter, or anything else to achieve the look you want.
