I'm still not sure if I need the whole package or just the blades. The new outer foil looked just like my old one, but this packaging brought the razor back to life. Some things to consider. 1) Shipping/packaging is terrible. The foil was actually damaged in the first package. On the second delivery, the foil was intact, but the packaging was still crumpled. Be sure to inspect the packaging _very_ carefully before use. 2) If your foil is intact, you can only order the blades, not the whole package. If you notice signs of wear on your current knife, be sure to order it. 3) Remember that new blades have a break-in period. It took a week to two weeks for an optimal shave. After two weeks, the shaver with this kit is almost like new. The shaving time has decreased, the noise has decreased, the charge now lasts a long time because you don't have to constantly wash the blades. If you wash your razor all the time or hear loud rattling blades, this will likely fix your problem.
