Everything is good, except for the case. The case is quite strong, but there are flaws. First, the tape on the radiators isn't stuck, so the radiators fall off. Second, you need to control the fan with collector power. This prevents you from using the drop cable to mess around with the breadboard. It seemed normal. When I maxed out the CPU while testing PI and no cooling, I saw 104 degrees on a bare heatsink. The case is closed and with the help of the fan I still saw 100 degrees. There may be poor conductivity between the chip and the heatsink due to the weak adhesive. If you're just using PI as a desktop, then that case is fine. If you're messing around, this isn't the best option. I just leave the lid on. I don't stress the CPU all day, so heat doesn't bother me. If so, you can consider another case.
