So I was a bit skeptical about buying this item. Received today, opened and used immediately. The only issue I've had so far is that the plastic cap for one of the spray bottles was missing and the balls all stuck together and didn't pour easily into the wax heater, I literally had to put my hand in my pocket to get it. them outside. It's summer now and it's hot outside, I get that. I also love my wax warmer and I've already started the wax and I love it. So far I've done the eyebrows, sideburns, some chin hair and a mustache.
