I bought two of these kits for two bikes. Bonding below the base. replaced by real 3m material. Units exist for a while and then start acting weird. THESE ARE NOT OUTDOOR KITS. If you ride a motorcycle and you get wet in the rain or even wash yourself, you will be in trouble. The units decided when to turn on and what color they would keep. Sometimes flashing, some just one color. I drove 1300 miles and opened the trailer to see the flashing lights. The remote control sometimes works. Bottom line, you definitely get what you pay for. Save yourself the hassle and buy a quality installation. You will be happy with what you did in the long run.
