The software is easy to use - you can get your work done without having to learn any new skills or techniques. I do not like how long it takes for their customer service team members to respond; however, they have made good efforts to improve that by hiring many additional support staff! They need better security measures so that my data stays private when working from home. Their pricing structure makes sense but maybe there should be an option where people could pay per hour rather than one flat rate. Convert all kinds of documents (PDFs, MS Word files) including scanned images into other formats such as JPG/JPEG, PDF-A2 compliant etc., which means we now no longer require sending physical office copies around through mail services such as Fedex. CloudLayer is extremely easy to use for both my team as well our clients! The platform has so many features that we never even knew existed until now!! There's nothing I can say about this software other than it really takes away all stress from me by automating most tasks related or not directly connected do documents conversion work flow process (we also have some templates included). It would be great if they could add additional template categories like invoices etc., but overall very happy user!!
