There was a time when I couldn't use exfoliating scrubs on my face because they were too harsh on my sensitive skin. Your commitment was a guaranteed invitation to a breakthrough. Lately I've found some very gentle facial scrubs that work really well for my skin and don't irritate me at all. This is one of those facial cleansers. It's a runny green liquid that smells a little like green apple flavored candy to me. This cleanser definitely has a slightly sweet scent. I don't know if the green apple is correct, but it's the best I can think of right now. Not pungent, just a light, pleasant scent that you can smell when you clean your face. This fine gel contains tiny particles that help cleanse the skin. Not too much and not too aggressive. I like to use a little more on my nose because I still have too much sebum there. This cleanser feels clean and very gentle on the skin. It cleans the pores and nourishes the skin. It also rinses off easily. I would say this cleanser is best for those on the oilier side of the pH spectrum, although anyone can use it with good results. Easily suitable for men and women and people with sensitive skin. It's not a bad facial cleanser to be honest, but I think $45 (price today) is a bit much. As good as this cleaner is, there are so many comparable cleaners on the market that cost a lot less and are just as good.
