Alice contacted me and said she would help with a refund, I haven't heard back since even after a few letters to her. It's not a lot of money, but it's like throwing money away. My pump isn't working. I bought a power steering pump for my Honda Pilot. I paid the mechanic to install it a few months after purchase. The pump didn't work. I had to install an old leaking pump because it worked but was leaking. I tried setting up a refund and was told it can't be returned. I don't want my money - I just want a working pump. I didn't know this would be a problem. Be careful when buying parts online.
