Easy to clean. good for baking

I have it mainly bought breaded baked chicken so it doesn't sit in its own juice and doesn't get mushy while baking. Works great. Easy to clean if you let it sit for a bit. It will warp a bit during baking, but will (still) come back after it has cooled down. I've only used it 3 times so I'll update if anything changes.
