Nice stainless mesh, a little smaller than 1/4 inch
I bought this to create a bug barrier in a roof vent stack, and I think it works perfectly. The small holes should keep out the big roaches -- my concern -- without blocking the flow of air. The mesh is flexible enough to work with, but be aware that it is not a welded mesh, and so strands can come off the edges if you're not careful.
- Very nice quality and definitely fine stainless steel mesh.
- The large 11.8" x 23.6" size may be too large for smaller DIY projects, resulting in excess waste and added expense
