The best thing about this software is that it's free to use for your own personal website, so you can get started with no risk! There are some annoying bugs in their customer support when I had an issue where my contact form wouldn't load properly or didn’t send out emails correctly (when using gmail). But overall they have great service/support if something goes wrong as well - which isn' t always true of other companies like MailChimp etc.. Their pricing structure makes sense too; $12 per month gets 20 contacts sent each day without fail plus unlimited email blast campaigns at 10 cents apiece every time someone clicks through from one campaign link within those blasts- not bad value considering how much more expensive similar services would be otherwise!!
