It wrapped nicely around the metal eyelets on the headrest
I was very pleased with this item. I'm tired of the tissue box sliding across the floor of my car while driving. I went to put it in my car. At first I was afraid it wouldn't go through the passenger seat headrest (Honda Odyssey '12). It swiveled well when placed around the metal headrest pins. The wipes come out of the dispenser easily. A normal sized tissue box will not fit in, but filling it with just tissues from the box shouldn't be a problem.
