On February 9, 2023, I made the purchase of a gamepad. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check the gamepad's serial number until the day I wrote this review. The serial number indicates that the warranty on the gamepad ended on March 10, 2023, one month after it was purchased. Meanwhile, even if we consider that the warranty for the gamepad, according to information from the Microsoft website, is limited and is only 7 months, it is obvious that the seller sold me a previously activated gamepad that may have already been used and possibly even restored, despite the fact that it was labeled as "new" on the product card. This is a major embarrassment.
