Excellent customer service.

First of all, this is not a reliable product. The tolerances between the parts are very small, so little force is required to connect the two parts. You have to do this by placing the piece that will attach to the seat on the table and holding it while you align and position the other piece. I broke the first one I had because I was trying to assemble it on a bike and the parts moved and broke. It was quickly replaced hence the excellent customer service comment. Now I have two of these because the mounts work great. I try to be careful when fastening things to my bike, so instead of torque I use Loctite to make sure things stay in place. If you don't have a torque wrench and you ride a carbon fiber bike, you might want to get one. Either way the mount works great and check out some of the photos others have posted to see what size saddlebag goes with it. Melody. Either way, this is the right size bag for me - I don't need a bug bag hanging under my seat. Now that I think about it, it might be a good idea for these guys to offer a properly sized bag combo along with this clip. If you're still reading - be careful, and if you don't mind, give advice. When driving toward the sun, remember that cars will not see you from behind or in front. If you're driving towards the sun and someone is approaching you in the left turn lane, just stop and let them make the turn, and if they're coming behind you on a dual carriageway with no bike lane, get off the road and let them pass. By doing both of those things, I'm here to write this. If you know someone is approaching you from behind, it's worth rocking the bike a little so they don't think they're pranking you. It's not always best to look professional and keep the line perfect, but move when they approach. Happy New Year!
