I bought two orders of navy blue socks for my son and they accidentally sent one order in navy blue and one order in black. When I emailed the seller, they replied and were very apologetic. A full refund was offered and all of this was outstanding in my opinion considering it's easy to make a mistake. I will definitely buy from them again because of their response and also because the socks are soft, they stay on feet and don't pill.
