I bought this for my home business thinking it would save money as I don't buy label sheets for my inkjet printer which I would end up spending half of. I use a MacBook and set it up exactly as instructed. Sometimes it prints my 4x6 (or 100mm x 150mm) labels, but most of the time it prints part of it and then stops. The only size I can consistently print is 100mm x 120mm. This is about 2/3 the label size, and international labels are too small to scan a barcode. For 170 € that's nonsense. I should have gone for a slightly more expensive branded product. UPDATE: I'm updating this review as I finally got the printer to consistently print 4x6 labels. After some searching I finally found a solution on the manufacturer's website. Apparently if you're printing something with a barcode and such (basically what you buy it for), the darkness can cause the print to fail. For my Mac, I had to go to one of the properties and change it from the maximum darkness level of 8 to 3 or 4. Now it works great. I only went down to 3 so other buyers can see this issue and not waste time searching and lots of shortcuts trying to figure it out. This problem and the solution should be in the manual.
