After getting lots of Facebook ads for blueberry muffin flavored protein powder on Instagram, I became obsessed with the idea. As a vegan doing HIIT and training camps daily, I'm always looking for a good protein powder to help me reach my macro goals. I stayed with Isopure Toasted Coconut for a while but got bored. While these Insta Proteins get great reviews, I'm always hesitant to shell out $50 for 25 servings of protein without knowing if it'll bulk up or give me terrible texture. I checked Amazon and found a few other options, but settled on this one because of (a) good reviews, (b) macros, and (c) a very affordable price point, so if it sucks, there wasn't a dramatic sunk cost . I was not disappointed. Blueberry Muffin tastes sooooo good, goes well with almond or skim milk and even plain Greek yogurt! The consistency is also good in the shaker. Can't wait to try the pecan ice cream (sounds so good!) and cappuccino flavors. When they're as good as these, I'm happy to have so much new variety in my protein shake collection.
