Installed by a jack of all trades so can't comment on that but it all looked easy! My old gasket was less than 3 years old but I'm not sure if it's the right thickness for the uneven slate floor. THATS MUCH BETTER! Very thick and soft, excellent grip on slate floors and in the toilet.
