I bought 4 of these for my restaurant. My chefs love them especially compared to the last ones we had. The previous ones were thinner and flexed over time. Also, we had a few "misses" where they could get caught on the skin. No failures. A clear highlight for us so far. This cester is built differently to withstand more pressure, especially when we grate hard parmesan. So far, he can do any job we give him. Honestly, it's so nice to buy something that actually does what it says on the tin.
