I love the idea of the egg being contained like that!Have only scrambled.As reported by others; coat the inner ring and heat the ring (enough).Then pour in the egg.Am still learning and I believe that I need to increase the heat.I want to fill the ring completely, but when I do, the top is liquid and the bottom is done.I like this product and will learn how to optimize what it is offering!P.S.A slightly larger diameter May make this item better. There would be a larger egg surface receiving the heat.And I am getting better results with each use.:)
