Cute but seems fragile

I bought this fringe to add to the back of a jean jacket. First off, the fringe is sooo cute! The issue I had is straight from taking it out of the bag, pieces of glass beads kept breaking and falling off.I attached it to the jacket no problem, but I worry about how it will hold up through the years.

The picture looks nothing like what you receive. The actually product does not look good and is very tacky looking.

It was perfect for a project rehabbing an old lamp. I bought a narrower shade and the beaded fringe added the length that was missing. Easy to attach with double sided tape.
