I have problems with ulnar tunnel syndrome/ulnar nerve and have found great relief with an ergonomic keyboard and vertical mouse at my home office. The vertical mouse I bought for my desktop was too big to carry around so I bought it for my laptop. It works great and I haven't had any problems with my elbow joint while using it. It's smaller but the size fits me (my hands are medium sized for a woman) and very wearable. I put it in the padded compartment when I travel with my laptop. It connects to my laptop immediately when I turn it on. Battery life is a lot shorter than my home desktop (which is odd since I use it more often), but I have no problem charging it once a week. I highly recommend.
