We bought new furniture (2 recliners and a loveseat). With pets, we didn't want our investment to be short-lived so we wanted to utilize furniture covers in our day-to-day and remove them when we have company. I've used "slip covers" in the past and was frustrated with the constant tucking-in after every seating. I asked a friend who has purchased many brands over the years which one she'd recommend. The H.VERSAILTEX was her favorite and we now know why! The material is stretchy so it moves when you sit and stand (without coming undone). The material is "velvety" soft so it actually looks nice! And I like the fact they are machine washable. I'd recommend getting the multi piece sets so they function more like the furniture piece itself.
