DOSS looks good but poor quality, terrible service

I'm tech savvy and can't combine left and right in any method. The instructions are terrible and the customer support is going against their own instructions. I tried two orders, both came back. Compare others first: 31% of the stars are 1 or 2 stars. Such a low rating is not good for an electronics seller. The price is lower, but it's not a good product or bad, slow customer service.
