Review on Small Office System Charcoal Telephones by Janet Hernandez

This system has been in use for our shop for 4 years (purchased May 2015), very easy to install. I don't really care about the attendant but we made sure it works well. The problem we are currently facing is our phones breaking, our staff dropping them etc. We replaced all the phones a few years ago and expanded our system to 6 phones. You can't get a $20 phone now (July 2019), you have to buy a brand new phone ($109)! I spoke to tech support, they've run out and don't want to produce anymore. They will remove phones from their website to order the part. We only had to buy 2 new phones ($239 with taxes) to get the phones to keep our business going, the other 4 aren't great and we don't want to spend $478 for 4 more phones. Will look for another phone system from a company that can properly support their product. Update 8/13/19: Just checked the XBlue website. Now they show they have phones. Just ordered some.
