Sound problems X16 for office electronics

Installed in the office as they said it would work with existing wiring. Well, during a call there was an echo in the headset and the voicemail was very quiet. When they called X16 tech support, they said they changed settings on the system to try and fix the audio issues. They helped a little, but after setting up voicemail and headset, there was a slight echo in the headset during a call. The speaker was now somehow too quiet for others to hear when you spoke, so guessing one of the other…

You must purchase the WHOLE PHONE ($109) to replace the HANDSET for $20! You have discontinued support for this product.

This system has been in use for our shop for 4 years (purchased May 2015), very easy to install. I don't really care about the attendant but we made sure it works well. The problem we are currently facing is our phones breaking, our staff dropping them etc. We replaced all the phones a few years ago and expanded our system to 6 phones. You can't get a $20 phone now (July 2019), you have to buy a brand new phone ($109)! I spoke to tech support, they've run out and don't want to produce anymore…

I like this phone system

I like this system. I could probably install it myself, but I substituted another system with some connections made by our network operator, Bright House; I wanted to make sure everything was done right and it took the person I hired less than an hour for the minimum amount. Ideal for small offices

We are a small technology company and 10 of us have been looking for a good phone system for a long time. We looked at expandable wireless systems and the like, but they just didn't offer the higher level of functionality we wanted. I stumbled upon this at Revain where I order tons of stuff and decided to give it a try as I was sure I could return if it was a flop.
