We are a small technology company and 10 of us have been looking for a good phone system for a long time. We looked at expandable wireless systems and the like, but they just didn't offer the higher level of functionality we wanted. I stumbled upon this at Revain where I order tons of stuff and decided to give it a try as I was sure I could return if it was a flop. It wasn't a crash, a few minor issues but overall very satisfied. Good: phones make a very reliable and professional impression, great features like paging, transfer, extension, support for up to four lines and 16 extensions, music on hold, extensions. , excellent customer support, so good things Not so good: one of the phone's four speakerphones didn't work, there was no sound at all. I called support and they called back within half an hour which was good, very friendly and helpful. They offered to send another immediately, refunding the postage for the bad one. As others have pointed out, the music on hold that comes with it is a bit weak, so I also ordered a $30 MP3 from Amazon and the phone system keeps the connection, so no big deal. In general, the system works even with the hands-free problem. So good that I've already ordered additional phones separately to expand it. Just make sure you have another 4:1 connector like the one supplied to go beyond 4 phones. If you have a small business, this is a good choice.
