Finnex Ray2 Aquarium LED Daylight (review after 2 weeks of use)

proposes this lighting system which I think is a phenomenal LED aquarium lighting system. Unlike traditional fluorescent lamps, this system lasts longer and uses less energy. Not to mention that the results on plants are amazing and almost instantaneous. Before buying this lamp, I spent about 6 months looking for the perfect lighting system for my aquarium, the properties of which in every way prevent the penetration of light and therefore the growth of plants. My 50 gallon tank is 24 inches while most planted tanks are 12-16 inches which makes it much easier for light to get in. Therefore, finding a lighting system that would meet all the requirements seemed like a difficult task to me, especially since I knew nothing about maintaining a planted aquarium until those 6 months. One day while reading a blog I came across one of Finnex's small LED models, similar to the Finnex Ray2. Specifications, I bought a light. The result this light had on the plants was amazing, I was amazed. Now that I can see the results I'm getting with my own plants after just a week of use, I'm confident I made the right decision. It seems that the growth of my plants has accelerated so much that after 3 days I have seen new rhizomes on my Nanas Vallisneria. Also, new leaves are starting to grow at a rate of 1/4 inch per day, I'm guessing; This is madness. I think I'll have to start trimming very soon if they keep growing like this. My Cabomba and Rotala Nanjenshan are also growing well. In short, as a newbie to planted aquariums, I would recommend this light to anyone looking for an LED lighting system, especially those with larger aquariums. For those with shorter tanks, this means more pruning and more plants that take a lot of light (like dwarf grass, baby tears, etc.).
