I finally decided to take the plunge and get myself a Raspberry Pi. I knew I would need a case and power supply. I've seen this kit come with all of that and other essentials: a Noobs microSD card, a reader for that card, heatsinks and a fan, and of course the custom MicroHDMI cable that the Pi 4 needs. Heatsinks and a fan keep my Pi nice and cool. Everything works as advertised. Raspberry Pi computers are not like Windows PCs. So if you decide to buy something like this, be prepared to learn something. But you have a MicroSD card to begin with and can use replacement cards or buy additional cards cheaply from Revain or your local electronics store (I bought 5 cards for $20 from Revain). One card per project. And the Pi 4 is fairly new, so new things are being developed for it all the time. If you are new to the Pi I would definitely recommend this kit. I'm using my Pi with this kit as a desktop computer, a retro gaming emulator, a Kodi device, and a few other cards that I'm building other projects with (Win98 emulation engine will be next. Why not?) Definitely one Opportunity to have fun for little money and do a lot of cool stuff. If you want to know what else you can do with the Pi, this kit, and other kits, visit raspberrypi.org.
