The ease of use, from both front-end as well backend endpoints makes it very user friendly for even novices in IT operations/supporting infrastructure teams to get started with this tool right away! It's not perfect by any means; but we've seen some pretty cool features being implemented over time (like notifications when an incident is assigned).

We do everything now through OPCFlex which has been able to save us so much time previously spent manually entering data into spreadsheets or other tools like Slack.
