Really great product! I got it because my iPhone doesn't have a headphone jack, so it replaced the cassette adapter on my 2002 Lexus. The sound quality is excellent (I'm pretty picky and believe me I wasn't disappointed) and it was very easy to set up. The only slightly annoying thing is that it announces "Waiting for pairing. Pairing" every time I turn on the car. It's good to know that I can make sure my phone is connected, but I wish there was just a light to show it was connected and not announce it. The exact score would be 4.5 but I rounded up :D.
