Broken zipper - sleeve

I love hippos and obviously I loved this bag. Unfortunately, the zipper broke on the first day for no reason, got stuck in one place and can no longer be repaired. My iPhone Xs Max fits perfectly but the dirty zipper is too disappointing for me.
