I had to soak it in wd40

Not fixed at all. It plugs into the Tundra gas tube and once it snaps into place, it can be easily unscrewed. What waste. As others have said, the key works with difficulty. UPDATE: After soaking in wd40 for 20 minutes, the locking mechanism started to work. Let's see how long it lasts again
