Black Stant Regular Fuel Cap - Keyed Alike Review

installed this on my tacoma works great no problem. Since then 5 years have passed and it still works, the Check Engine does not light up.

Doesn't work with my Outlook 2008. Says it fits - no, it doesn't. The gas door does not lock due to the depth of the lock. I'll be back.

Check engine light comes on on my 2011 GMC Sierra Denali. Two stars for that, good quality. Went back and bought an OEM instead and the check engine light went out after a minute of running.

Not fixed at all. It plugs into the Tundra gas tube and once it snaps into place, it can be easily unscrewed. What waste. As others have said, the key works with difficulty. UPDATE: After soaking in wd40 for 20 minutes, the locking mechanism started to work. Let's see how long it lasts again

Fit is ok, everything ok, not everything closed, does not close, can be removed without a key even when put on and the seat locks in place and feels secure. I went to the gas man, took it off immediately without a key, so it's useless to me. But I had it on my car so I won't be returning it. I will take it off and hope to use it on another machine :)

Bought two of these boxes, both boxes were marked with a gas cap Unordered but all ok when I opened them, after the return period had expired I found I had two different gas caps and neither of them was the gas cap I ordered. Epic FAILURE. The locks seem to work and the keys move fairly freely, I have no idea if they work as none of my cars fit the wrong ones.
