You've got to have an account with them at least one month if you want any level of support, even then there's very little they can help you do beyond basic email filtering/blocking for certain domains (which I understand comes standard). They're good about sending emails out when someone gets reported or banned. At this time there are not many features available, so it would be best to use something else in your situation before considering them. It was great having access to our network from home again!
