My wife loves this case.
My wife used one of these cases with her old iPhone 6S—until she dropped it getting in the car and ran over it (I don’t think even my Otterbox would help with that). She upgraded to a iPhone X and wanted the same wallet case. It looks good, is easy to install and use the phone with. Plus, it offers good protection from scratches and drops. Maybe a little too much bulk for back pocket carrying but just fine in a purse.
