The system was easy for our staff members who are new at using it as well those with experience in other points systems we used previously such has VISA or Mastercard Rewards programs (eg Starwood Preferred Guest).

It also allows us more flexibility than others since they do not have limits like many companies. There can be glitches but this seems minor compared their overall ease/speed when entering all necessary info required by most employers now days! We really haven't found anything negative so far about how easily users pick up. If you need an employee database point solution then look no further because there's nothing out here better yet cheaper if needed!! Having everything stored digitally makes payroll easier too which saves time from sending paper bills back & forth between HR department / Payroll office etc..
