I am 235lb and I had a wedding to attend, bought this a month in advance to try and I was not disappointed. I bought 6x and had to use the first hook. 1 week later I'm on the second hook, this works! I'm eating less, and my waist has shrunk a few inches. Aaaah I'm now on a diet and I feel great. The metal in the sides are flexible and does not push into your side. I love it
