📞 Optimized Retevis RT32 Walkie Talkies for Kids Review

One drop was enough to render these walkie-talkies beyond repair. They have been very popular for the two months we have had them. The children loved how easy it was to work, how far they could go and still talk to each other. I didn't like changing batteries every other day. I didn't appreciate their lack of durability.

My kids love to play with this. They are easy to use and the long neck straps make them easy to carry. The clips on the back broke on both of them trying to change the batteries, that's the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars. Invest in some rechargeable batteries - my kids play with them then leave them on otherwise we would use so many batteries.

I read reviews on dozens of walkie-talkies before buying them as gifts. This particular set seemed to have really good reviews for the best price so I decided to give it a try. I was a little shocked when the package arrived and the box said "Thank you for choosing our product." However, the product itself was great! The kids at the party played and played with them. I have since ordered another set as a Christmas present.

It's a bit tricky for my 4 year old but he wanted the one with the smiley face. If my husband hadn't started touching the buttons before I pulled out the instructions, I probably would have had a better idea of hands-free calling or setting the beep after the person releases the button, which my son never does. Don't give it to your husband unless he reads the instructions and presses the buttons and exclaims it's not that difficult to understand.

I bought these for my 5 year old twin grandsons. I thought they might be too complicated but several positive reviews convinced me to try them. My husband and I put batteries in and turned off the functions we could. We tried them and they worked well so we wrapped them up and the kids opened them on Christmas Eve. I remember loving walkie talkies as a kid so I wanted one for my kids. I haven't tried all the features yet, but we had a lot of fun right after installation.
