early December, the description of this receiver indicates the presence of AM / FM radio. I bought this to replace an old Radio Shack we had built into our kitchen wall because it was one of the only receivers that would fit an existing hole. The AM function was very important to my wife and I because we often listen to the news and talk on the radio. We've just opened the box and installed this receiver when we found that it doesn't pick up the AM band. We also noticed that the seller has changed the description of Revain and no longer includes AM reception as one of its features. We only printed a return label, but it would have saved us a lot of time if the seller had provided an accurate description of the product upfront.
