I like that it is easy enough so non-technical people can use without needing assistance from IT staff or developers (which would be expensive).
It's not as robust of an app/website compared some other options out there but this isn't always necessary if you're just looking at basic CRM functionality - maybe more specific integrations are needed? We've been able help our employees keep track of their tasks in one place which has allowed us greater visibility into work progress across teams within each department throughout all offices around North America!
